In accordance with Section 5.4 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is given that a Special Meeting of Council has been called for Tuesday, 10 February 2026 commencing at 5.30 pm in the Town Hall at 1 Steere Street, Bridgetown.

The purpose of this Special Meeting of Council is:

• Consider the award of Tender RFT04-25/26 - Stanifer Street Reconstruction;
  and
• Consider a confidential legal matter
