Group Fitness Timetable

Reducing the incidence of falls and improving the health, wellbeing and independence of people over 50, the 'The Fit 4 Life program is a progressive strength and exercise program, helping you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals at every age.

Sessions run each Monday and Friday from 10:30am to 11:30am.

An initial appraisal must be made to meet with our instructor prior to commencing this program.
