EOI 01/2526 – Lease of Greenbushes Roads Board Office

Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are invited from interested parties to lease the refurbished Greenbushes Roads Board Office building to establish and operate a café from the premises.

EOI responses must be submitted electronically via the Shire’s e-tendering portal no later than 2.00pm AWST Wednesday 20 August 2025.
