Location: Council Chambers - 1 Steere Street, Bridgetown

In accordance with Section 5.55 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is provided of the adoption of the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes’ Annual Report 2024/25. 

The Annual Report 2024/25 was adopted by Council at its Ordinary Meeting of Council held on Wednesday, 17 December 2025. 

In accordance with Section 5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes’ Annual Meeting of Electors will be held on Thursday, 5 February 2026 at 6.00pm in Council Chambers, 1 Steere Street, Bridgetown. 

The purpose of the meeting is: 

• To discuss the 2024/25 Annual Report; and 

• Any other General business. 

If you would like to raise questions or motions at the meeting, it is encouraged they be submitted prior to the meeting to enable responses to be provided at the meeting. You may submit your questions here.

Motions may only be raised or voted on by electors of the Shire.
