We are pleased to share the beautiful upgrades that have taken place at the Bridgetown Cemetery over the past year!
We've installed stunning new memorial tree reflection seating right inside the main entrance. These beautiful granite benches were generously donated and installed by Hancock Memorials Bunbury, offering a quiet space for reflection.
To better serve our community, we have also:
- Extended the Lawn Section, adding 32 new burial plots.
- Registered 4 existing Memorial Trees in the Lawn Section, now available for reserving ashes placements and small monuments.
- Planted 10 additional Memorial Trees 🌱 that will become available for future ashes placements by 2027, ensuring long-term options for the community.
These enhancements ensure the cemetery remains a peaceful and dignified final resting place and a location for respectful remembrance.
