The Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes is currently experiencing a temporary reduction in Ranger service capacity due to staffing changes.
During normal business hours (8.30am to 4.30pm), available resources will be focused on urgent and high-risk matters.
Urgent matters are incidents that pose an immediate risk to public safety.
Some non-urgent services - such as cat trapping - may experience delays while we work through this period.
Outside of business hours, a new after-hours call service has been introduced to ensure emergency matters are responded to appropriately. This service prioritises urgent incidents and helps triage non-urgent requests.
During office hours (8.30am – 4.30pm), for all Ranger-related enquiries, please contact:
- Email: btnshire@bridgetown.wa.gov.au
- Online: Customer Service Requests via the Shire website
- Phone: Ranger phone – 0457 885 156
- In person or via Customer Service
- Shire office phone: 9761 0800
Please note that Ranger phones and inboxes are being actively monitored.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while these arrangements are put in place. The Shire is actively working to strengthen Ranger services and ensure continuity moving forward.
