The revitalised Youth Precinct is well underway. It began with demolition and earthworks, and has now progressed to renewal works of the existing concrete skate park. It is projected that the repairs to the existing skate park, the new skate bowl and basketball half court will be finished during the summer holidays.  In the meantime, take advantage of the bus to neighbouring towns and skate parks.

We have some photos illustrate an extended concrete slab, which will end in a new hubba. What’s a hubba, you ask? Instead of a rail to stairs or a slope, it is a concrete ledge. We are so ready for the Skate Park to have turned a 180!
