At the December 2020 Council Meeting the Shire’s Annual Report was adopted and the date of the Annual General Meeting of Electors was set for Thursday 4 February 2021 in Council Chambers.
This follows the annual audit of the Shire’s 2019-2020 financial statements, which the auditor determined was based on proper accounts and records and fairly represents the operations of the Shire for the year ended 30 June 2020 in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995.
The auditor identified two ratios with adverse trends, which are being mitigated through Council’s Improvement Action Plan. You can view that Plan here.
