Well we have a sneak peek of the 6 minute segment highlight Bridgetown and Greenbushes in an episode of SBS Trail Towns and it looks fantastic. Local business owners and community members scrub up great and the video and photograph is stunning.
The program will be a great way to promote our towns – and the wider Southern Forests & Blackwood Valley Region – as a great place to visit for trails based recreation tourism.
The 12 part series will commence on Saturday 5th June at 4pm and will run through the Tour de France coverage on national television. Next Monday the film production company – 50KAL Communications – will announce the exact air date for our regional program. The footage from the film shoot will be available for us as a local government, and the regional tourism organization (Southern Forests & Blackwood Valley Tourism Association) to use in future promotional opportunities and on our websites and social media pages.
