What a treat to conserve water while grooving to your favourite tunes?

Last year in Bridgetown we had 42 showerheads swapped which provide a combined annual water saving of 580,000 litres. Please refer to our earlier news article on how to Swap Your Shower Head.

Here’s a quick test to check your showerhead efficiency:

• Place a 10 litre bucket under the showerhead and have the timer ready
• Start the timer as you turn the cold tap on full for 30 seconds
• Stop the timer and turn off the tap
• If your bucket is around half full you have a water efficient showerhead. If it’s much more than half full you may have an old high flow showerhead.
• Empty the bucket onto your garden!
