We were recently contacted by FreeGuides who are a new start up business funded by investors which has created an online platform that allows anyone to create, manage, and earn an income through the creation of self-guided tours.  The tours are aimed at encouraging visitors to explore and discover unique experiences around the area.

This initiative aims to support individuals who are looking for ways to increase their income as they are able to create their own experience on the platform in which tourists can discover and pay them each time they go exploring. Local businesses are able to utilise this opportunity to partner up with each other to increase their foot traffic and offer explorers discounts on their orders.  Visit FreeGuides and create your first experience!

We will be looking to partner with FreeGuides, to engage with them for local and regional experiences. This partnership approach aims to address the current challenges faced with COVID-19 and is a positive initiative to support the local community by providing more ways to earn income. The experiences created will be accessible to people online (virtual tourism) as well as encourage them to come and experience the area in person.
