Where Can I Recycle my Miscellaneous Household Goods?

When it comes waste items it's best to look to refuse, reduce or repurpose our "waste." If this is not possible we can then look to recycle. There are many ways to recycle items that aren't accepted in our Shire recycling wheelie bins. 

The Bridgetown Public Library, St Brigid’s Primary School and the Bridgetown Family and Community Centre have recycling hubs for some of your more unexpected items. For example, you can recycle your mobile phones and accessories, household batteries, reading glasses, plastic bottle lids, dental care products and writing utensils.
