The Australian government’s Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE) has established a School Leaver Information Service to help support school leavers transition from school to a career pathway.
This service provides assistance to help navigate the www.yourcareer.gov.au website as well as a free, personalised career guidance session for people aged 15 – 24 years with a qualified Career Practitioner over the telephone.
We will promote this service in the youth space at the Bridgetown Library, but if you know a young person in our community who could utilise this opportunity please share this information with them!
