We recently interviewed Kevin Tay from the Bridgetown Pharmacy to learn more about the new customer rewards program. 

Now called Community Spirit, the loyalty rewards program allows for part of the proceeds from each member transaction to make a difference in the community.  The contributions accumulate over time and funds raised are utilised to assist local groups.

This change was motivated by Kevin’s gratitude to the wider community for welcoming him when he moved to Bridgetown 2 years ago.  He was – and still is – impressed by the community’s commitment to help each other and wanted to find a way to give back.  You can watch the video interview here.
