Miss Rosie - the community bus

Miss Rosie has been in town a few years now.  You might have seen her out and about. She is none other than our community bus! Aptly named after her make and model, a Mitsubishi Fuso Rosa, Miss Rosie holds 19 passengers (excluding the driver) and 15 passengers (excluding the driver) when using wheelchair accessibility.

Residents and community groups alike are welcome to hire the bus.  To drive Miss Rosie, you must have your Medium Rigid (MR) License. If you wish to charge the passengers a fee, you must also have your Passengers Transport Driver (PTD).

As an example, the Bridgetown and Greenbushes CWA recently took the bus for an outing to their annual luncheon, this time in Yallingup. Do you have somewhere you would like to adventure? Reserve the bus by contacting Shire on 9761 0800.
