We recently received $5,000 from the State Library’s Digital Inclusion Grant.  This funding is for the purchase of 15 iPads and additional items including survivor cases, charge and sync cabinet, folio cases and keyboards as part of a program to reduce the barriers that exist around digital access and inclusion.  This program will be delivered in the Bridgetown Library.

Our Library staff will also receive relevant training as part of this grant funding to provide on-training to members of the community who are not familiar with iPad use and technology.  This program is aimed at building community capacity to use online technologies and services through community support, training and technical access. For more information please contact the Bridgetown Library on 9761 2503.
