Kerbside Hard Waste Collection

Bridgetown, Greenbushes, Hester

The Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes is providing a FREE kerbside hard waste collection service. This will ONLY be available to properties that have an existing Roadside Rubbish Collection Service.

• Please have your items out no more than 1 week before the collection date on the verge (fronting your property only) in a way that does not pose a
  danger or inconvenience to others.
• Please do not obstruct footpaths or essential services such as fire hydrants, telecommunications, sewer or stormwater access, electrical transformers or power domes.
• Items longer than 2 meters will not be collected.
• A maximum of 3 cubic meters of waste will be collected per property.
  Properties with more than 3 cubic meters of waste will have to make private
  arrangements to have it removed.

This service can collect:

• Furniture
• White goods
• Home appliances
• E-Waste
• Fridges & freezers (doors removed)
• General hard waste
• Carpets, lino
• Other household goods (toys, pots/plants)

This service cannot collect: 

• Mattresses
• Asbestos
• Hazardous material
• Green waste
• Tyres
• General domestic waste
• Liquid waste
• Building waste (brick, concrete, etc.)
• Vehicle parts

Metals MUST be separated from other materials
