Please note that Parts 2 and 3 of Council Decision SpC.01/110 which reads:
"2. The Council directs the Chief Executive Officer to seek a minimum of 3 quotes from suitably qualified architects to revise the concept plans of the Somme Creek and a Library at the corner of Rose and Steere Streets Library to accommodate a 400m2 Library. That upon receipt of the quotes the CEO is to report back to Council for selection of the architect.
3. That Council directs the CEO to investigate the option of purchasing and erecting a Library on the Corner of Rose and Steere Streets (Machin property)."
was revoked by Council at its meeting held on 25 February 2010 by Council Decision No. C.26/0210.
