Modified Town Planning Scheme Policy
It is hereby notified for public information that Council, at its meeting held on 30th November 2006, adopted the revised “Relocated Dwellings Conditions of Approval"
“RELOCATED DWELLINGS”
Town Planning Scheme Policy as provisions in the original Policy were considered to be insufficient, in particular the absence of controls on the relocation of asbestos into the Shire.
Copies of the modified policy can be obtained from the Shire Offices during normal business hours. All enquiries should be directed to the Shire Planner, Richard Hindley.
